At One Collaborative Impact CDC, we provide quality affordable housing for shelter and are addressing systemic barriers that have historically prevented marginalized communities from having the opportunity to improve their economic conditions.

We tackle housing affordability on two fronts: building quality, energy-efficient homes in Jacksonville and coaching first-time buyers to become mortgage-ready. For renters, we offer stable, well-managed housing with clear pathways to ownership.
